Sweet Creations Chocolate Shoppe offers you a
unique taste of handcrafted chocolate confections made daily,
on-site. Our kitchen is small which keeps us in check making small
batches and concentrating solely on chocolate. We present our
chocolate confections in white or dark chocolate only...no milk
chocolate. Our dark chocolate is 47% cacao which offers a pleasant,
not bitter taste.
Cindy's Inspiration:
I was fortunate to grow up in a house where
dessert was just as important as dinner. Carefully planned and
presented we enjoyed our treats after dinner. My fudge has been a
family tradition for many years. The recipe was handed down from my
Grandmother to my Mother who passed the recipe to me. The fudge was
considered a holiday treat and was only made three times a year.
When Sweet Creations opened its doors, the fudge was introduced to
the public for the first time. I make the fudge in loving memory of
my Mom. She never got to see my dream fulfilled, but she knew I was
on my way. I think my Mom would be proud of all of the varieties I
have created originating from the original plain chocolate and
walnut fudge.
I am a true believer in supporting the small
business community, especially women who have started their own
home-based businesses. In my shop I try to showcase some of these
local Lompoc businesses. You will find soy candles by Wick Dipper
Candle Company and cards by PaperDoll Designs as well as locally
made loose tea by Carol's Special Teas. Lompoc has some wonderful
products to offer which make wonderful gifts all year around.
